Macsween is Scotland’s most loved haggis. And what does such a fun and versatile brand need? A revamped social media presence to make mouths water, of course.
We delivered a tasty menu of photography, videography, tone of voice development and a paid ads strategy to elevate their social channels and get more people in the mood for Macsween! With a side helping of recipe development and food styling, we plated up a full-service solution to show the audience that haggis was definitely not just for Burns Night.
Macsween needed a tone of voice that was as unapologetically Scottish as they were. We injected some of that famous Scottish wit into their posts, coupled with cheeky Instagram stories to entertain as well as engage.
Using ‘Not just for Burns Night’ as our angle, we dreamed up dozens of creative recipes using Macsween haggis, veggie haggis and black pudding. Ranging from bulging breakfast baps to Indian-inspired curries, we cooked up a Scottish storm in our studio kitchen.
They say you eat with your eyes first, so incredible production was key. Working from our on-site production studio, our talented team delivered fantastic food styling, photography and snappy videos that were guaranteed to make stomachs rumble all the way to the supermarket.
Armed with mouth-watering content, we devised a paid social strategy that would have Macsween haggis popping up all over our audiences’ screens! From segmented advertising to boosted posts, we made sure that food lovers across the world were being served our seriously sensational social.
